Joel Cooper

Joel Cooper has appeared in several popular and successful productions in theatre after his training, including touring as a dance swing in Wicked and starring in the West End revival of 42nd Street. He is currently part of the cast in Hairspray.

Joel’s credits include On The Town in Osaka, Tokyo and Japan; 42nd Street at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane; the UK and International Tour of Wicked; Cinderella at the Grand Theatre, Wolverhampton; Peter Pan at the SECC Arena, Glasgow; Seussical; A Chorus Line; Singin’ In The Rain; Cats.

Film:

He has worked in films like 42nd Street: The Musical (2019) and Mary Poppins Returns (2018).

TV:

Joel’s work in television includes The Olivier Awards; Mel and Sue’s Generation Game; The Royal Variety; The People’s Strictly (BBC Comic Relief).

Choreography:

As a choreographer/teacher, his work includes Louie Spence masterclass at the Arts Educational London & Italia Conti London.
