Spoken to the company explaining my partner broke his leg four days before our showing and there are train strikes please can we either have a refund or a voucher. And it was a no found this extremely disappointing
This was a lovely performance, only criticism would be captain hooks accent.. not sure if it was supposed to be a cockney .. but sounded more like the nan from Catherine Tate show, was quite difficult to understand what was being said.

I would not purchase a ticket through this website. They were unwilling to accommodate a request to change performance dates. They were inflexible despite my child feeling unwell. I called do follow up, and they never returned my call
