Jamie Golding

Jamie Golding is a UK born professional actor. He made his debut in the West End when he was thirteen, portraying the character of Gavroche in Les Miserables. Currently playing standby Timon, Zazu and Pumbaa in the long-running Disney’s The Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre, Jamie is an experienced theatre performer.

His theatre credits include Rusty in Starlight Express in Bochum, Germany; Ken Goes To Hollywood at the King’s Head Theatre, London; Tweedle Dum in Alice In Wonderland for the RSC at the Barbican Theatre and Stratford; created the role of Daniel Gillen in The Beautiful Game by Ben Elton and Andrew Lloyd Webber; Flat-Top and understudy Rusty in Starlight Express at the Apollo Victoria, London; The Best Of Times at the Bridewell Theatre and Vaudeville Theatre; Washington Otis in The Canterville Ghost in the UK Tour; Tobias Ragg in Sweeney Todd at the Theatre Clwyd and tour.

TV:

He has also appeared on television on various occasions. Jamie played Alfi in The Ghostbusters of East Finchley for BBC; Grimbo in Grange Hill for BBC; Sean Connelly in The Bill for Thames TV; Tanyard in the award-winning children’s drama Dodgem for BBC.
