Antoine Murray-Straughan

Antoine Murray-Straughan is an actor based in London, UK. He originated the role of Rum Tum Tugger’s Street Cat version in the London revival (2014) and is famous for the rap verses he wrote in the eponymous song of his character. 

 

Training:

He went to The Urdang Academy for training and graduated in 2014. 

Theatre:

Currently a part of the & Juliet ensemble and playing Augustine, Antoine has other theatre appearances to his name including Graffiti Pete in In The Heights at King’s Cross Theatre, ensemble and understudy Ed in The Lion King at the Lyceum Theatre, Marty in the UK tour of Madagascar the Musical, and ensemble and Tricker in Jesus Christ Superstar – the Arena tour.
