Mark Peachey

Mark Peachey is an English actor who has extensive experience in acting and singing. He has worked professionally on stage, television and films. He is currently covering Larry Murphy in Dear Evan Hansen at the Noel Coward Theatre.

 

Training:

Mark attended the East 15 Acting School.

Theatre:

His theatre credits include Gruffalo in The Gruffalo (Criterion and UK tour, 2005); Mr Little in the UK tour of Stuart Little (2006); Feste in Twelfth Night (Bloomsbury Theatre and tour, 2006); Stephano/Antonio in The Tempest (2007); various roles in The Comedy Of Errors (2007); the title role in The Gruffalo at the Duchess Theatre, London (2008); Sid/Inventor (understudy Caractacus Potts) in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (UK tour, 2010); Mr Crumb in the UK tour of Mr Stink (2011); understudy Scar/Pumbaa in The Lion King (First UK tour, 2013) and Dad in We’re Going On A Bear Hunt (2015).

Film:

His film credits include Spike in Philip Pugh’s One Minutes (Possible Dream Productions Ltd, 2009); Dick Mann in Luke Oliver’s Art Is Dead (Inky Blue Productions, 2018) and Clayton Kendall in James Smith’s Cyberlante (Raya Films, 2019).

TV:

Mark has appeared on television on several occasions. He portrayed himself in Parkinson (Prudential Commercial ITV), (Great Guns, WCRS) in 2004; Father in Dr Oetker Commercial (Cobblestone, David Lodge, 2009); Richard III in On Stage, At Curve, BBC (Rob Whitehouse, 2015); himself in UEFA Champions League (BT Sport, Richard Horne, 2016); Arthur Seaton in Books That Made Britain, BBC (Rob Whitehouse, 2016); Jack Reacher in Inside Out, BBC (Rob Whitehouse, 2017); Jordan Cooper in Hollyoaks, Channel 4 (various directors, 2017) and Major Frank Buckley in Inside Out West Midlands, BBC (Rob Whitehouse, 2019).

Concerts:

He played the role of Fagin in Nikolai Foster’s Curve Live! (2018) and Narrator in To Kill A Mockingbird – Curve Session Preview at the Leicester Curve.
