Rosanna Hyland

Rosanna Hyland is a professional actress based in London, UK, who specialises in stage musicals and is currently playing Loraine Baines in Back To The Future The Musical (2020).

 

Training:

She attended Lasalle College of the Arts for a BA Honours degree in Musical Theatre (2005 – 2008), and also took part in an Acting/Impro Workshop by Anna Ledwich and Acting for Camera Workshop by Laurence Moody at the Actors Centre in 2013.

Theatre:

Rosanna has experience in musicals, having worked in Carousel by Lindsay Posner as understudy Julie Jordan, Sister Act by Peter Schneider as a swing, Shrek by Rob Ashford as understudy Princess Fiona, Urinetown by Jamie Lloyd as Hope Cladwell, Shock Treatment by Benji Sperring as Betty, I’m Getting My Act Together And Taking It On The Road by Matthew Gould as Alice, and The School of Rock by Laurence Conner as Mrs Hathaway and understudy Rosalie Mullins.

Workshops:

She was part of Flowers For Mrs Harris by Old Vic Productions; The Wall – Pink Floyd by Simon McBurney; Sydmonton Festival, Stephen Ward The Musical by Richard Eyre.
