The Woman in White Tickets

Sadly unable to attend. We have submitted a refund request to TicketPlan and hopefully we will receive a refund which will allow us to re-book. Whether or not we would recommend TicketPlan will depend on the outcome of our request. Details are Below: ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Plan A - mainline rail to London Liverpool Street. Plan B - Drive to Newbury Park and get the tube into London. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Last minute check on Plan A revealed delays on this line (engineering works) which would push our ticket collection time beyond the allowed interval prior to the 3 o'clock performance. Last minute check on Plan B did not reveal any issues. On arrival at Newbury Park, we found that the car park was closed. There were some notice boards with further information, but it was not possible to read them fully owing to the press of traffic faced with the same disruption. Tried to find alternatives: Gidea Park - nowhere to park; Brentwood - managed to get roaming data working on phone and discovered that Brentwood (where we knew of parking) was using bus transfers - no good, we would be out of time); Shenfield - no services; eventually came back to try Gants Hill but could not locate car park in the dense traffic. By that time (13:45) it seemed highly unlikely that we would be able to get to the theatre in time, so we had to reluctantly give up and return home. We did not make the return-to-home decision lightly as it was to be my wife's 73rd birthday present. We would still very much like to see the performance, but as pensioners we are not able to easily spend the cash. A refund would be very much appreciated. Many thanks.

The acting & the vocals were both of incredible.

Beautiful songs and music although a weaker story but over all a great show

I thoroughly enjoyed the show - not a great blockbuster, and lacking the complexity of the book (which is a great read imho) but nice staging, great singing and acting and some catchy numbers.

Very good. Enjoyed the show. Cast, voices and staging were excellent. My only small criticism was excessive use of 'smoke' to create atmosphere but we were in the front row and I am asthmatic so it would have been nice to have been warned about it but overall a we loved it.

Was good had the drama and suspense you want from a play and the singing was excellent

It's become my favourite musical. It's everything! I thank all of the cast and crew for their dedication and hard work to create a masterpiece. A very memorable day! Very gutted that it's coming to an end this weekend. I'm already looking forward to it returning whenever that will be. All of the songs were beautiful. Thank you!

Amazing production - fantastic acting, singing, movement, set design, etc. Only drawback was that I did not feel that the score and lyrics were as engaging as I wanted (especially compared to Phantom). It was overall a good evening of high drama!

Great cast, inventive staging worked well in the intimate venue, but is the a slightly bigger theatre available - the show deserves to be seen by more people

One of the best musicals I’ve ever seen!!! Been to see it 3 times. So sad it’s finishing it’s run. The talent of the cast is amazing and the story is gripping, emotional, and funny. Love it!!!

It’s a show that deserve to have a bigger audience!

Excellent production, wouldnt expect anything else from the Master ALW! All 7 of us thought the same. The small theater was also a great experience for us all.
